Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for any items, for a full refund (applies to UK customers only). Cancellations may be made by contacting customer care via email at sales@kokovintage.co.uk quoting your order number, within 7 working days beginning the day after the items are received. Please note that the items may take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse unless sent via special delivery.This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any goods/parcels are your responsibility until received by us. We strongly recommend the use of a delivery service which insures you for the full value of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full amount (excluding the delivery charge) provided you return the items to us within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that when trying on items, they are not damaged or soiled by cosmetics to include perfume and make up stains and also deodorant patches. We regret that we are unable to provide a refund where it is evident that these instructions have not been followed.
In the event of any faulty goods are received (applies to UK Customers only) you should contact customer service at sales@kokovintage.co.uk with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return (refund or exchange).. You have a 14 day period from receipt to return the faulty item to us. Ensure you complete the ‘Returned Item Form’ and send it along with the items you would like to return and your invoice. We will then issue a refund to cover the cost of the item including delivery except where you have ordered other items which you are not returning. Where items are received after a 14 day period, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund.
Customers in Nigeria
We regret that exchanges or refunds are generally unavailable to customers within Nigeria, with the exception of instances where goods are discovered to be damaged prior to acceptance. Where goods are discovered to be faulty and/or damaged, please notify the courier by completing the returned items form and hand it back to the courier. Contact customer service quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then provide a coupon/voucher to reorder the same item or another item, including the cost of redelivery once the matter has been fully investigated.
